AGGRAPPANT LEVELING FORNACE BERNASCONI

INDICATIONS

Microemulsion of polymers and hard waxes (water based) with high aggregating and leveling properties. AGGRAPPANTE LEVELLANTE FORNACE BERNASCONI is a leveling and consolidating primer that favors the optimal coupling of finishing products.
It is applied on terracotta, terracotta, natural stone, grit and concrete indoors or outdoors. The particular active ingredients allow its easy application and homogeneous distribution on materials previously treated with water repellents (WATER REPELLENT ANTI-HUMIDITY ANTIMUFFA FORNACE BERNASCONI) and with hydro-oil repellents (ANTIMACCHIA FORNACE BERNASCONI). It prepares the surfaces for the subsequent treatment phase, favoring the adhesion and uniform penetration of the finishing products.
It has an aggregating – consolidating action on the surface and can therefore be effectively applied with an anti-dust function on materials placed on walls or ceilings that have moderate superficial decohesion, such as bricks and exposed stones, ceilings with terracotta tiles, etc.
Revives the original color of the material.
Applied in two coats, it gives a semi-gloss appearance.
Does not alter the surface natural breathability of the material.

METHOD OF USE

Generally it is used pure. It may be useful to dilute it in water for application on compact and poorly absorbent materials.
It is applied with a brush / rag / spreader, evenly wetting the surface previously treated with hydro-oil repellents (ANTI-STAIN). Rub well to facilitate uniform application.
It can also be applied by spraying, using only sprayers, vaporizers or manual sprayers.

When using as a primer (primer), wait until the product is dry (usually 1-2 hours), before applying the waxy finishes (FORNACE BERNASCONI PROTECTIVE FINISH). On handmade terracotta and on bricks in general (if very porous) it is recommended to apply two / three coats of AGGRAPPANTE LIVELLANTE to also guarantee an anti-stain function and an aesthetic effect characteristic of a waxed and well-finished floor.

As an anti-dusting-consolidating surface, AGGRAPPANTE LIVELLANTE is used as the only product diluted 50% with water.

Do not exceed the number of steps if you do not like the “polished” effect or excessive toning, especially on highly absorbent materials.
