Rectangular Terracotta Floors

The dimensions of the tiles that make up a terracotta floor influence the laying patterns: choosing rectangular tiles to create a floor will give you greater freedom of choice on the laying (running bond, herringbone, straight, diagonal, etc.). Rectangular formats, in addition to guaranteeing greater laying flexibility, are considered more suitable in modern and design environments. Being rectangular tiles also of small format, they can be ideal for composing the floor of a narrow and intimate environment.

Fornace Bernasconi offers strips, bricks, mezzane and pianelle of different sizes, each of which is available in 6 finishes (raw, sanded, smoothed, brushed, polished, ars vetus), in the two classic colors (yellowish or pinkish) and in the other natural terracotta colors. In addition to standard formats and thicknesses, it is possible to request custom dimensions (subject to technical feasibility).
